We ship from the UK to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada and selected other countries. All available destinations are shown at checkout.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping rates vary by destination and order size, and are calculated at checkout before you pay.

 

Delivery times

UK: 2-5 working days.

International: 5-15 working days.

Delivery times are estimates once your order has been dispatched and may be longer during busy periods.

 

Pre-orders and made-to-order items

Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives; dates are shown on each product page. Custom pet portraits are hand drawn to order, so please allow extra time before dispatch. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may send them separately.

 

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched.
