What is the return policy?

We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in line with the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn, used, washed, or otherwise altered.

All branded packaging must also be returned in good condition. This includes any branded box, branded bag, or ribbon supplied with your order. If the branded packaging is ripped, damaged, marked, or not returned, we may be unable to accept the return.

Please note that outer shipping packaging used for delivery does not need to be returned in perfect condition and damage to shipping packaging will not affect your return eligibility. Tissue paper is also excluded from this requirement and does not need to be returned in perfect condition. However, branded presentation packaging such as the box, bag, and ribbon must remain undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Many of our home decor items and candles are hand made here in england. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value, we prioritise both incredible quality and also insuring staff are paid a fair wage.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. For orders outside of the UK duties may apply!
